Who am I
My name is Michael Rudolph, I am a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist. My fitness journey started when I went to high school as an overweight kid, overindulging in the sweeter things. Living in todayβs world, it didnβt take too long before the comments started rolling in.
Having a chilled afternoon, such as every afternoon at that time, I was lying on the couch watching The Biggest Loser. There was this guy, he couldnβt even do ten push-ups, I thought, βHow embarrassing?β Then thought to myself, surely I can do this. To my surprise, I couldnβt even do eight. Feeling absolutely ridiculous, I started showing up for rugby training at school. During the pre-season, we ran circles around the school. I was so tired, but looking better day by day. I decided to join the gym, and THAT is where the magic happened. Yeah, I was running my butt off every practice we had, but I would still make time to lift something.
Went through some awful times in life as everyone probably does but the gym was the one place where I can forget about everything and everyone around me and just focus on myself for that time. I started studying as Millwright and dropped out in my first year, I just couldnβt stand the thought of me having to do this type of work every day. I did a lot of thinking about what career I want to pursue and it hit me, Iβm already in the gym or training three hours a day I might as well help out a few people along the way so I studied Exercise science / Sports conditioning and nutrition. This way I equipped myself to make sure my clients get the best workouts and best results tailored to them as an individual, not just a broad spectrum plan. My mission is to show people that life is a better fit and that anyone can get there no matter what size, age, shape or whatever excuse people have.

Who Are We
With a life-long dream of becoming a well renowned name in the fitness industry, we officially started working in 2020.
What a year right?
This however gave us the time to work and build on the foundation and plan of where we want this name to go!
The brand Mikey Mike Fitness is aiming to be one of the leaders in the fitness industry, whether it is in the Training sector or in the Apparel department, we want it all!
We want to take more and more people on this fitness journey with us, bringing healthy, realistic and fun fitness guidance to all.

Lida Aiyana
I spent many years of my life training for the wrong reasons, trying to fit into a specific body standard accepted by society. Which led to me despising coming near a gym for a very long time.
I fell inlove with the Gym when I started training for my own wellbeing and the way it made me feel instead of the way it could potentially make me look.
This allowed me to build up my own brand on social media to help other young girls focus on seeing training as a habit that forms part of living healthier long-term, instead of obsessing over the scale.
I aspire to represent fitness in a Fun and Sustainable way as part of a Healthy Active Lifestyle.

Chantelle Strauss
Coming from a sports background, I always considered myself a athlete and person that is physically fit and in good shape. As a personal/ fitness and athletic coach, the fitness industry became my center focus and passion.

Jayden Du Pisanie

I qualified as a Civil Engineer in 2018 and am working full time now. Fitness has always been a passion and I started competing in bodybuilding competitions in 2021. I competed in my 1st show in May and won 1st place in Mens Physique.
I am still new to this fitness journey and am looking forward to building myself and this brand.
I am a finalist for Opulent Models SA – Body of the Year. I hope to inspire those around me to build better versions of themselves.

I am a track and field athlete that specialize in the 100m. Running isnβt just a sport to me but a lifestyle . Fitness has taught me more about myself than anything else and that the best things in life comes from discipline , patience and consistency. Nothing worth having comes easy and by sitting around wishing for it – but it comes from a lot of Hard work and dedication. I always strive to create a positive environment and mindset about training towards myself and otherβs around me , it just makes everything worth it especially when you can help someone else and see results.

I am A track and field athlete who specializes in the 110mh. I am a 19 year old who is trying to balance coaching, training and studying.
Training has always been part of me and I have been training since 7 years old. From then to now I canβt see ME without training.
Tianna van Der Westhuizen
Hi, I am Tianna van der Westhuizen, and Iβm 19 years old. My fitness journey started when I was 15, but at that time I wasnβt consistent at all, and it felt more like I had to train instead of making it into a lifestyle worth living. All-in-all, there are a lot of factors which brought me to where I am today. Especially, when considering my fitness – and Iβm more ambitious and driven than ever to make progress because of it. I love to gym! It is my sport, hobby, get-away, and part of my lifestyle. I thrive to challenge myself everyday and to have the discipline to keep going even during hard times.Β
